米班談電影：「我愛上流」？上班族的悲哀

電影中的Dick與Jane一點也不上流，他們是努力想要爬上管理階層的中流上班族。我們觀眾也許會羨慕他們請的起墨西哥傭人、房子有大草坪、開的是 BMW、家裡有50吋以上的平面電視，但是夫妻仍然是兩份薪水，而且不夠用。當Dick要求Jane辭職時，他的說詞是，某某當上部門副總之後，年薪家上 獎金有15萬（我大概也拿得到那麼多），你可以辭職回家專心照顧小孩了。15萬美元大約是台幣495萬，很多是不是？相當於月薪41萬，除以夫妻兩個人， 每人月薪20萬。美國的每人平均GDP大約34000美元，台灣14000，以這個當標準來換算，41萬的月薪大約是臺灣16.5萬台幣，夫妻每人8萬 多，說老實話，住在台北有自己的房子，買BMW還要請一個帶小孩的越傭，好像不大夠用。

就算是這樣努力往上爬，天有不測風雲，公司一夕倒掉，還好，有遣散費（多少？），有IRA：抱歉，全部買的是公司自家股票，跟著鐵達尼一起沈了；六千人一起失業，所以當地房地產跟著泡沫化，原先買的時候60萬的房子，賣掉後想還房貸，還差15萬還不起。

這是上流嗎？這是資本主義上班族惡夢，但是也是一部相當寫實的電影，雖然金凱瑞演的夠誇張、夠好笑，本質上這部片看的觀眾，沒幾個笑得開心。這部片主要劇 情是如此，看金凱瑞如何諷刺失業上班族的生活，我們不想遭遇這樣的情況，但是我們能避免嗎？電影最後，另一個演員告訴金凱瑞，「嘿，我找到工作了，是家賣 能源的大公司……」

是的，你猜對了，正是「安隆」ENRON

米班的ipod歌單

最近迷上爵士音樂，找了Ella Fitzgerald（原來不知道這位歌手，在找Bing Crosby的歌，發現有些他和這位女士對唱的名作，才知道這位Jazz lady）和Billie holliday（這是村上春樹書中的推薦）的老歌，放到我的IPOD欣賞。

另外，我的親戚寄來北京天使合唱團的歌曲，他告訴我聽這些音樂有舒緩心情，降低血壓的功效，很高興的接受下來。也真的相當好聽，小朋友的歌聲，有種特別的輕鬆的感覺，記得前陣子聽過兒童合唱團翻唱QUEEN合唱團的搖滾曲，我也相當喜歡。

還有一個這幾天聽的音樂覺得相當優，就是電影為你鍾情的插曲，在電影裡面翻唱好幾首Johnny Cash的名歌，每一首都相當迷人。由兩位演員翻唱而不是像去年的心靈歌手原曲對嘴，我好像很能欣賞那種讓人愉悅，通體舒暢的鄉村樂風。

電影「為你鍾情」walk_the_Line

有情人終成眷屬。是嗎？
如果你看了這部片，只有這種感覺，那大約意猶未盡。因為其實這個故事所描述的元素遠大於這些。在網路上讀了幾篇觀後感，大多數強調這是一部愛情片，沒錯，但是拍兩個小時的愛情，會不會太過於浪費？這部片，我覺得強調的，遠遠大於「為你鍾情」
I WALK THE LINE這首歌，最難解的就是這句「I WALK THE LINE」到底是什麼意思，因為歌詞中敘述的是：寶貝，你是我的唯一，但是如果你又看電影，這句話好像不是唯一內容。
注意，如果沒有看過電影，以下有劇情在其中，請審慎：

我們的主角是美國鄉下種棉花家庭的老二，為了與父親不和，離家從軍，想要找出一條自己的出路，經過一番辛苦，發現自己在行的，原來是「singing」，而且在這一行，作得還算可以，中段演從崛起到墮落，後段則是從墮落到復歸。

去 年的心靈歌手我沒有機會看，今年這部電影，看了之後我覺得錯過可惜，尤其是其中夾一段我個人最有感覺的「父子對決」，那是我很喜歡的題材，也是在任何文化 及社會背景中都可能發生的。有了這些戲劇性元素，我覺得這部片拿不到最佳影片，有點可惜。相較之下，衝擊效應及斷背山的題材都太不討好了。
我個人 的假說，奧斯卡女主角要一個很有魅力的明星，拿到一個很難演的劇本，才容易得獎，今年則是有點打破這個假說，因為這個角色June Carter討喜，不容易演壞，但是演到這麼吸引人（要各位去看了才下決定），我非常喜歡，覺得瑞尼得獎實至名歸。從金髮尤物中的搞笑女生，他演技真的進 步好多！
男主角的歌聲真的棒，我找來原聲帶，他唱的雖然沒有凱許好聽，但是已經高過「任何臺灣歌手」，我真心這樣覺得。
